Position: Senior Crystal Growth R&D/ Process Development Expert for 8-inch silicon carbide substrates(Crystal)
Employment Type: Part-Time via Remote Consultant or Full Time base in Nanjing are acceptable
Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the design and development of new projects, new processes and new technologies;
2. Optimize the company's R&D system and formulate the company's research and development planning scheme; promptly lead the project assessment, initiation, progress, coordination and summary work;
3. Organize the completion of technical drawings, technical standards, testing standards, BOM and other materials;
4. Reduce costs or raw material costs; develop and evaluate new raw material and auxiliary material suppliers;
Requirements
1. Master's degree or above, major in materials, physics, chemistry, etc.
2. At least 10 years of experience in silicon crystal growth or processing technology, or 5 years of experience in silicon carbide powder synthesis, crystal growth, and processing
3. Possess project management experience
