Job Description: The Mail Insert Operator is responsible for operating high-speed inserters to efficiently process and insert various materials into envelopes or mailers. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to quality and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate high-speed inserters to assemble and insert materials into envelopes or mailers. Set up and adjust equipment for different sizes and types of materials. Monitor inserters to ensure smooth operation and prevent jams or malfunctions. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of inserters. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily goals and prioritize job orders. Verify accuracy and quality of inserted materials. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or technical issues. Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Requirements: Experience with high-speed inserters or similar machinery preferred. Ability to read and interpret job orders, schedules, and specifications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work overtime if needed.
