Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving billing issues, scheduling services, and following up on customer needs via phone and system software.
• Support sales efforts by providing general product information, initiating new services for prospects, and maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
