Wheeler Staffing Partners is currently looking to hire a Healthcare Recruiter in the Tucson, AZ area. The position requires the candidate to be in the Tucson area and onsite for hiring events and meetings 2 to 3 times a month.

Healthcare Recruiter Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinates recruitment efforts for assigned hospitals and service line vacancies to attract qualified candidates to fill openings within an appropriate timeframe.
• Maintains Applicant Tracking System and postings to ensure SEO and JD attract qualified applicants
• Mines Candidates through ATS and weekly reports
• Sources passive candidates through LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed and the ATS
• Monitors and updates the list of vacant positions for Hiring leaders weekly
• Maintains ongoing communication with Department Managers and Directors to ensure the accuracy of open positions and alignment with CL and OT.
• Rounding in facilities using Intake guides and SLA's to understand the unique culture and fit necessary to staff units
• Develops the strategy to include media recommendations, niche sites and conferences to develop a pipeline
• Reviews and screens applications including internal transfers for min qualifications, salary discovery and cultural fi
• Calculates salary, presents and negotiates offers
• ERP Promotion on units and within the facility to engage current employees and identify passive candidates
• Serves as ambassador by attending community events, job fairs, and school fairs
• Revisions to the job description, accountabilities, and measures may be required due to patient care needs and/or efficient operation of the Hospital. You will be advised in writing of any changes. It is also understood that the job description is not all-inclusive and you may be required to perform other related duties.

Healthcare Recruiter Job Requirements:

• Three plus years experience in a hospital-based HR; RN Recruiting Experience Preferred
• Experience with an ATS -Oracle MyHR
• Strong internet recruiting skills Client Management Skills
• Ability to work independently Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Windows environment, excel, and word
• Multi-tasked oriented;
• Ability to adhere to deadlines,
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
