Job Description

We’re seeking a high-impact W2 employee for a full-time Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive mission-critical initiatives across our platform, infrastructure, and digital engineering portfolios. In this role, you’ll lead the orchestration of complex, cross-functional programs that power the scalable, high-performance systems behind our core technology offerings.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and skilled communicator, fluent in Agile methodologies, and comfortable operating at both executive and engineering levels. You have a strong foundation in software engineering and a proven track record delivering enterprise-scale solutions in fast-paced, tech-driven environments. Experience in the payments, commerce, or digital platform space is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional technical programs from concept to launch, aligning execution with product and engineering roadmaps.
  • Drive complex initiatives spanning platform services, digital experiences, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise IT.
  • Translate business objectives into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Facilitate Agile delivery practices across distributed engineering teams, enabling velocity and cross-team alignment.
  • Identify technical dependencies, manage critical path milestones, and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Provide executive-level visibility into program status, risks, and trade-offs through crisp communication and reporting.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and accountability.
  • Develop and scale program management frameworks to meet the needs of a growing digital organization.

What You Bring

  • 8–10 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Program Manager in a digital product or platform company.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex software programs with multiple technical workstreams and cross-org stakeholders.
  • Strong technical acumen—comfortable partnering with engineering leaders to make informed decisions on architecture, dependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Experience with digital platforms, e-commerce ecosystems, payment systems, or enterprise IT programs.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence, Git, Google Suite).
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence without authority and build trust at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage globally distributed teams and navigate across time zones and cultures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline. Master’s degree or certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe) are a plus.
