Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex workers’ compensation litigation from intake to final resolution
• Represent claimants, employers, or insurers in hearings, mediations, and appeals
• Develop legal strategy, assess risk exposure, and offer actionable legal opinions
• Draft motions, memoranda, pleadings, and handle discovery
• Appear before administrative agencies and courts for oral arguments and evidentiary matters
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and expert partners
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys and staff

Qualifications:
• 25+ years of experience handling workers’ compensation litigation
• Proven history of managing complex or high-volume casework
• Strong command of Missouri workers’ compensation laws (Kansas licensure a plus)
• Ability to independently manage full caseload
• Bar admission in Missouri and in good standing
