Job Description

Our successful auto sales dealership is looking for a confident, professional, and customer service-minded new and used car sales representative to join our team! You will work directly with customers to identify new car options that meet their needs and lifestyles. You’ll also negotiate trade-in values, set up test drives, and answer questions about our showroom vehicles. Compensation:

$70,000-$150,000

Responsibilities:
  • Field inquiries about new car contracts and facilitate support to summarize the related financing options
  • Employ customer service and negotiation skills to close new car deals while delivering an optimal sales experience
  • Present potential customers with new car options while specifying their characteristics, details, features, and competitive differentiators to deliver a positive sales experience
  • Furnish sales manager and team with reports detailing automotive sales and trends within the dealership
  • Maintain a professional appearance while working in the showroom or attending sales meetings to uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence

Qualifications:
  • Stellar customer service skills, communication skills, and a high commitment to customer satisfaction is necessary
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Required knowledge in new car features, auto sales, car dealership protocols, financing options, and automotive sale
  • Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are vital
  • Commitment to perform your best every day
