Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project or Program Manager to lead the adoption and rollout of the PlanView tool for our ALD/CVD Metals team . This role will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) , coordinating cross-functional efforts, guiding the team through implementation, and ensuring successful execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the SPOC for the ALD/CVD Metals team regarding all things related to PlanView
• Lead and manage the rollout and adoption of the PlanView platform across the team
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Track and report progress, issues, and risks throughout the program lifecycle
• Drive timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful and on-time project completion
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to PlanView usage
• Maintain budget oversight and ensure efficient use of resources

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience using PlanView in project or program management
• Proven success managing complex commercial or technical development projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience coordinating across multiple functions and teams
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Science, etc.) preferred
• Familiarity with ALD/CVD or semiconductor industry is a plus
