Land Surveyor –PLS | Field and Office Opportunities

About Us: We are a trusted civil engineering and land surveying firm providing boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveying services. Responsibilities:



  • Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction staking, and as-built surveys
  • Operate total stations, GPS, and robotic surveying equipment.
  • Collect, record, and review accurate field data and site measurements.
  • Interpret plans, plats, and legal descriptions to guide fieldwork.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet project goals.
  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain survey equipment.

Qualifications:



  • Experience with surveying fieldwork (any combination of boundary, topo, ALTA, staking).
  • Proficiency with survey equipment (total stations, GPS, robotic instruments).
  • Basic knowledge of survey software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Trimble.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
  • (PLS) Licensed or able to obtain licensure.
  • (Party Chief) Experience leading field crews preferred.
  • (Rodman) Field support and equipment operation experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to safety
