Job Overview

We are looking for a curious and impact-oriented Product Manager to join our expanding product and engineering team, helping us create and refine innovative products and features from concept to launch.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of features that delight our drivers and merchants, deepen partner integrations, and optimize our internal Ops tooling. Working closely with engineering, business teams, and our partners, you will define user needs and develop requirements, participate in sprint planning, and assess impact against critical business metrics like fulfillment rate and delivery offer acceptance.

While the position is remote, we're currently focused on hiring someone who lives in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog. Prioritize features based on business and user impact, revenue potential, and technical feasibility.
• Drive execution. Write crisp backlog items, partner with Engineering, and shepherd features through sprints.
• Launch & iterate. Coordinate go-to-market plans, measure impact, and refine based on feedback and analytics.
• Uncover insights. Lead driver and merchant interviews, test our products, and analyze data (Metabase, SQL) to validate hypotheses and optimize KPIs.

Experience

• 2-4 years of B2B or B2C software product experience - logistics/marketplaces a plus
• Proven track record shipping mobile/web apps via Agile
• Excellent communicator; able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
• Adept at balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Solid understanding of user experience principles and best practices
• Strong analytical ability; comfortable using (or learning) data-visualization tools
• Capable of creating wireframes and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively
• Ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of projects

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
