🔬 PFAS Laboratory Manager

📍 Dayton, NJ | 💰 $100K–$130K | 🧪 On-Site

A fully accredited environmental testing lab in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a PFAS Laboratory Manager to lead its expanding team focused on emerging contaminants. If you're ready to step into a key leadership role in one of the fastest-growing areas of environmental science, this is your opportunity.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations for PFAS and semi-volatile testing (LC/MS)
• Supervise and support a team of 10 analysts and technicians
• Oversee EPA methods: 537.1, 1633, 8421, 1621 , plus 8270 , PCBs , and pesticides
• Troubleshoot instruments (Agilent LC/MS) and software (MassHunter)
• Split time between hands-on lab work (25%) , data review (33%) , and team development

👤 What You Bring

• 5+ years in environmental chemistry or analytical testing
• Strong experience with LC/MS instrumentation and EPA methods
• Skilled in data validation, troubleshooting, and method compliance
• Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a management role
