We are currently hiring an Order Processing Specialist – Charlotte, NC!

What will you do in this role?

  • Enter job orders accurately into our PACE MIS print management system.
  • Engage with customers, providing top-notch service via phone and email, and proactively anticipating customer needs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth order processing.
  • Manage orders from initial receipt to successful shipment.
  • Maintain meticulous organization of order-related information.
  • Effectively communicate needs and contribute to the Customer Service Team.

What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, Trade School certification, or relevant training in customer service preferred. High school diploma minimum required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, order processing or a related field. Additional experience in customer service or print experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data entry, email communication, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Initiative, ability to take direction and run with it.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication within the Customer Service Team.
