Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Property & Casualty & life insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Business, and Life policies
• Follow up with inbound leads and schedule virtual consultations
• Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
• Use CRM systems to manage leads, track follow-ups, and document communications
• Meet sales goals and stay compliant with industry standards in a remote setting
• Build your own professional networking 

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Active P&C & Life and/or Health Insurance License in Michigan (or willingness to obtain) 
• Background in sales, customer service, financial services, or consultative selling
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with Zoom, email, and CRM systems
• Self-driven, ambitious, and coachable
• Experience in commission-based or remote sales roles is a plus
