Objectives of the Role:
As a Growth Marketing Manager at Red Oak, you will sit within the Marketing team and work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive scalable, data-informed growth strategies across the customer lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize funnel performance, and implement growth experiments that directly impact revenue and customer engagement.

Skills/Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in growth, marketing, or revenue-focused roles within a SaaS or financial services technology environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Advanced certifications in growth marketing, analytics, or product-led growth are a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot). Experience with A/B testing tools, customer journey mapping, and funnel optimization.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with financial services workflows, compliance considerations, and SaaS growth models.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present to senior stakeholders.
