We are seeking an Exhibitor Services Representative to assist our Event & Sales Department in daily tasks. The right candidate must be available to work overtime when needed, including weekends (based on event schedule). This full-time position is responsible for assisting exhibitors at trade shows/conventions produced by CSS. ESR’s are responsible for all customer service support functions, such as fulfilling orders, handling customer inquiries within an appropriate and timely manner, handling invoices, as well as other administrative and customer service duties.
