About the Company

Our client is a venture-backed startup building at the intersection of creativity, crypto, and consumer experience. With $47 million in funding from top-tier investors including a16z crypto, they’re crafting thoughtful, design-led digital products from their headquarters in New York. The team is small, product-driven, and obsessive about the details.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity for someone highly organized and curious to work directly with the founder of a high-growth startup. It’s not a traditional EA or office manager role. You won’t be managing calendars or doing admin support. Instead, you’ll operate as an extension of the founder's product lead approach, focused on crafting and maintaining an exceptional workspace and smooth day-to-day operations.

It’s perfect for a very recent graduate with a top academic background who’s still figuring out what comes next , and wants to be exposed to startup life while making a real impact from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of hands-on projects to make the workspace exceptional, from researching lighting, furniture, and snacks to setting up the right monitors and fridges
  • Work closely with the founder to create a seamless, thoughtful environment across the office and occasionally their home
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and delivery partners to bring ideas and upgrades to life
  • Explore and evaluate options for workspace enhancements by visiting coworking spaces, comparing setups, and presenting clear recommendations
  • Manage business travel and appointment logistics with precision and a high bar for detail
  • Support occasional personal logistics with the same level of care and execution

What We’re Looking For

  • No prior EA or office experience needed we’re looking for aptitude, not admin history
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized
  • Recent graduate from a top university, ideally with a background in humanities, writing, political science, or history
  • Curious, analytical, and naturally thoughtful, someone who wants to understand how and why things work
  • Comfortable managing small projects independently and juggling multiple tasks
  • Interested in startups and tech, but open to exploring different career paths over the next few years
