Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Consultant

Location: Atlanta, GA

Position Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) for a variety of clients across industries. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure the system, and ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to Business Central.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong functional knowledge of Business Central, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central , including discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements to tailor Business Central solutions to client needs.
• Configure and customize Business Central modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing .
• Collaborate with technical teams to support data migration, integrations, and custom development.
• Provide training and support to end-users and client stakeholders.
• Create functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best practices and strategic guidance.
• Support post-implementation optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
• Strong understanding of core ERP processes: finance, operations, inventory, and supply chain.
• Experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design .
• Ability to configure Business Central without heavy reliance on development.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or related areas.
• Experience with Jet Reports , AL language , or extensions development.
• Background in accounting or finance is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role.
