Who are we looking for?

We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time and part-time assignments across the Biotech, Marketing, Fintech, Consumer Goods, Pharma and Technology sectors, and we're interested in hearing from Legal Administrative Assistants to join us and commence their LOD journey.

Overview:

• Contract role - indefinite contract length
• Monday-Thursday On-Site in D.C.
• Hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Hourly pay starting at $30/hour

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Schedule client meetings, reserve conference rooms, coordinate audio visual equipment and food needs.
• Coordinate all aspects of lawyers’ travel arrangements (domestic and international) and prepare travel itineraries; monitor and process travel reimbursements in a timely manner; maintain Outlook calendar and monitor crucial due dates for lawyers as required.
• Organize, coordinate and communicate pertinent information with other team members. Answer phones and direct callers as required.
• Type, revise and proofread general correspondence, memos, legal documents, reports in Excel, etc. from various sources.
• Utilize iManage document management system effectively as a central repository for all matter related documents.

To join us, you will:

• Have at least 5 years of experience ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)
• Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have a high attention to detail
• Be comfortable with multiple systems, including but not limited to: Microsoft, iManage, InTapp, Chrome River
