Location: On-Site – Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 DOE + Full Benefits

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proven  Commercial Construction Superintendent to take charge of a high-profile project at  LAX . You’ll oversee all aspects of the jobsite—from mobilization through turnover—while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule performance in a challenging, high-stakes environment.

What You’ll Own

• Full-field oversight of construction activities and site personnel
• Day-to-day coordination of subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and stakeholder access
• Enforcement of safety, site cleanliness, and compliance with all airport protocols
• Active management of schedule, sequencing, and real-time problem solving
• Field documentation and communication with PMs, architects, and engineers
• High-level quality control to ensure premium finishes and precise execution

What You Bring to the Table

Must-Haves:

• 10+ years as a Commercial Superintendent
• Experience with high-end interiors, restaurant/retail, and/or airport infrastructure
• Strong familiarity with secure jobsite protocols (LAX preferred)
• OSHA 30 + CPR/First Aid certified
• STSC (Safety Trained Supervisor Construction) Certification – Required
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Project
• Clear communicator and proven field leader

Bonus Points For:

• Current or past LAX badge
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency
• Experience with night shift/off-hours coordination
• MEP and systems integration knowledge
