SUMMARY:

Operates automatic CNC machines to produce quick-connected bodies at a determined production rate while maintaining quality.

This job pays $25-35 per hour.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate/manage multiple automatic CNC machines
• Complete in-process inspections using gages provided and following control plan
• Document appropriate information in logs
• Maintain production goals and maintenance of the machines
• Communicate on machine conditions from shift to shift. Notify the Production Supervisor of any defective condition.
• Make tool changes and proper tool adjustments
• Inspect and sort, as needed

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• Knowledge of automatic CNC machines and strong mechanical ability
• Read and understand blueprint drawings

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong knowledge of gages and basic computer skills are strongly preferred
